Recovery
Apply petroleum jelly to moisture your mouth.
Avoid spicy food, seafood, fermented food, alcohol drinks and smoking.
Lie down with the head raised higher than your chest, the swelling will subside faster.
Use mouthwash to rinse your mouth immediately after drinking or eating anything to keep your mouth clean.
Take all the medication prescribe and follow all guidance by the doctor.
