Material to be prepared for conducting IVF
- It is compulsory for all patients who receive the infertility treatment services to have a marriage certificate including certificate of marital status and should be presenting the original certificate to the hospital staff. All documents must be duly certified by husband and wife as legal documents.
- The marriage certificate of a foreign patient, who requests to use medical assisted reproduction technology in accordance with Thai law, must be certified by the Notary Public or related government sector in the country where they register the marriage.
- In the case of foreign language other than English documents, Jetanin will accept the English or Thai translation from the accredited institution only.
Preparations for medical treatment in Thailand
- Visa processing: Because you are not allowed to stay in Thailand for more than 15 days by Visa on Arrival and it cannot be extended, it is necessary to apply for a single entry tourist visa in advance. Required documents:

- Passport that is valid for more than six months and its copy
- A complete tourist visa application form
- A 2-inch color photo that was taken within six months
- Copy of round-trip tickets and confirmed tickets including the ticket numbers
- The original guarantee letter in English or Thai from the applicant's domestic company, school or Subdistrict Office (including the applicant's name, purpose of going to Thailand and the duration of stay in Thailand; the letter must guarantee the applicant's return to China on time, with the address and telephone number of the company, and the official seal of the company, including the name, position and signature of the person in charge)
- Air ticket booking: You can book your own ticket.
- Accommodation reservation: It can be booked by yourself or assisted by the relevant staff directly, and then enjoy the accommodation services in four or five-star hotels or high-grade apartments easily.
