All-inclusive for one complete stimulation cycle and one complete frozen embryo transfer (FET) cycle.
All-inclusive means it includes all standard tests, standard medications, consults, procedures and treatments, including ‘unlimited’ controlled Ovarian Hyperstimulation (COH) medications and ‘unlimited’ number of suitable embryos for biopsy and PGD/PGS
Includes “all-inclusive” from Pre-IVF screening tests (Male and Female), COH, OPU (including post-OPU medications), ICSI, culture, assisted hatching, biopsy, PGD/PGS, freezing of embryos, first years cryostorage, endometrial preparation, embryo thawing, and embryo transfer (including post-ET medications), subject to consideration and request by clinician.
Exclusions are all non-standard tests, medications, procedures, and treatments (which most patients don't use/need) such as hysteroscopy, other minor surgery, PESA/TESE, sperm or egg freezing, special auxiliary medications (eg. vitamins), any pre-IVF tests not in our standard required list, and any pre-IVF medications.
Cancellation prior to OPU or no eggs retrieved: Refund to Patient 290,550 THB
No suitable embryos for biopsy and PGD/PGS: Refund to Patient 223,550 THB
No ‘NAD’ embryos or FET canceled for medical reasons: Refund to Patient 68,250 THB
Following the law of Thailand, a Marriage Certificate is required.
In the case of egg donation, must be following the condition as below :
Medical indication specified the reason why your egg cannot be used e.g. advance maternal age, recurrent IVF failure with unexplained cause, any cause effects to egg production.
The intended couple must find egg donors themselves. Service providers not allowed to get involved with egg trading, commissioning, compensation, and advertisement of the egg donor.
The intended couple must send preliminary screening result of the egg donor to service providers for approval or bring her for the check-up before the treatment start.
An egg donor must hold a marriage certificate or divorce certificate and she must get permission from her husband or partner with the written consent.
An egg donor age between 20-35 years old.
And egg donor must have the same nationality as the recipient (wife)
The recipient can receive donor eggs from only 1 donor at a treatment cycle.
The selected egg donor shall not donate her egg more than 3 times in her life.
In the case of sperm donation, must be following the condition as below :
A married couple with medical indication to request for donor sperm treatment.
An intended couple must find sperm donors themselves. Service providers not allowed to get involved with sperm trading, commissioning, compensation, and advertisement of the sperm donor.
A sperm donor must send preliminary screening for review: CBC, Hb Typing with Rule Out Alpha Thalassemia, ABO Blood Group, Rh Blood Group, DCIP, Anti HIV, VDRL, HBsAg, Anti HCV, Semen Analysis.
After service providers approved the preliminary screening results the sperm donor has to visit the clinic /hospital for sperm collection and freezing.
The collected sperm will be frozen for another 6 months. After 6 months, the sperm donor has to repeat infectious below and send the results for review: Anti HIV, VDRL, HBsAg, Anti HCV
If the results show that the sperm donor is totally free from infectious disease, the frozen sperm can be used for the treatment.

Visa processing: Because you are not allowed to stay in Thailand for more than 15 days by Visa on Arrival and it cannot be extended, it is necessary to apply for a single entry tourist visa in advance. Required documents:
Passport that is valid for more than six months and its copy
A complete tourist visa application form
A 2-inch color photo that was taken within six months
Copy of round-trip tickets and confirmed tickets including the ticket numbers
The original guarantee letter in English or Thai from the applicant's domestic company, school or Subdistrict Office (including the applicant's name, purpose of going to Thailand and the duration of stay in Thailand; the letter must guarantee the applicant's return to China on time, with the address and telephone number of the company, and the official seal of the company, including the name, position and signature of the person in charge)
